Purposes of processing and retention period

Chronopack collects and processes data about you for the purposes described below. In this respect, we use both the data you provide to us and the data we collect ourselves (e.g. concerning your visit to our website). We keep personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes in question or for the period prescribed by law (e.g. obligation to keep accounting documents).

Fulfilling your order

To process your order, we need your name, e-mail address, address, delivery address, payment details and sometimes also your telephone number. This enables us to deliver your order and keep you informed of delivery progress. We are legally obliged to keep your order data for seven years.

In your account, we store your name, e-mail address, address, delivery address, payment details, telephone number, date of birth (if given), order history, wish lists and e-mail preferences. We store this personal data on a secure server. You may request the deletion of your account information at any time. In any case, we will delete your data if you have not logged in for seven years.

If you wish to leave such a review on our website, you can decide whether or not to make your name or other personal data visible to other visitors to the website. You can also use a pseudonym. Finally, you also have the option of indicating whether we may contact you in connection with your review. We have the right to moderate ratings if they do not comply with our terms of use. Your review will be kept until you ask us to remove it.

When we use other parties, they are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. The length of time we keep your personal data varies according to the survey. As soon as the survey is over, we delete all personally identifiable data.
